On the other hand, if you’re full of energy and having great workouts, you don’t need one. Keep pushing until you feel you really need a refeed day.
Here’s a more concrete example of a refeed day. Say you’re cutting calories and your usual intake looks like this:
Protein: 200g
Carbohydrates: 250g
Fats: 50g
On a refeed day, it will look like this:
Protein: 150g
Carbohydrates: 500g
Fats: 30g or less
